I have shared parenting of my 5-year-old and it is just not working. My ex is taking showers with her, letting her see him naked, a date slept over, introduced her to two different women on same weekend, told her the police were looking for me, teamed up with my first husband to band against me, she sleeps in clothes, improperly dressed for winter........I could go on and on. Do I have a solid case to get full custody?
