Streching your 16 guage to a 14 isn't major. I have 5/8 in my lower holes and an 8 guage in my cartilage so just go into a piercing shop and tell them you want to guage it up a size and they will do everything for you.but if want to do it yourself then just buy plugs that gradually stretch.... GOOD LUCK!!
