Ho, ho, ho, Santa’s been busy rustling up some tasty truffles to tickle the taste buds.

3 cups crushed
graham crackers
4 tablespoons coconut
4 tablespoons cocoa
4 tablespoons honey
Ask an adult to melt the butter
Crush the cookies in a bag
Mix all the ingredients together in the pan
Easy as 1-2-3
The best thing about the truffles
is that once the butter has melted
there’s no more cooking. Ask an adult
to melt the butter while you crush the
crackers. Let the pan cool before you
add the rest of the ingredients.

Wash your hands . . .
before you touch
the mixture
Pour onto a cookie sheet
Divide the
mixture into
squares with
a knife.
Put the sheet in
the refrigerator for
a few hours.
Divide the
mixture into
squares with
a knife.
Roll the squares into balls
Cover your truffles with
delicious decorations
Coconut, chopped nuts, cocoa,
or grated chocolate—
anything you can think of!
Roll the
truffles and
place them
in paper
baking cups.
Magic Marzipan
To make truffle Santas, mix a few
drops of food coloring into
some marzipan and shape
into Santa’s features. Try
marzipan holly leaves
and berries as well
for extra plate decoration.
Squeeze, roll, and shape
into Santa’s features.
